Siegurd, one part of the Brasie-duo, has lived in Italy for 18 years... for sure this influences the recipes you eat and make! Here he is making fresh pasta with his own machine. These ones are really big tortellinis with ricotta and spinach. Delicious with a cream sauce and some parmesan! A really soft, delicate taste. It is not so difficult, but a little time-consuming... but it's pasta fresh, fresh, fresh! And we're happy, happy!
